A Virtual Administrative Assistant is a professional business owner that provides administrative, marketing, project management, creative, and technical support to business owners and entrepreneurs, and other busy professionals. Virtual Administrative Assistants work from their own office, and use their own equipment. Virtual Administrative Assistants are subcontractors that are only paid for the hours required to complete each task.  Since we are not employees, you do not pay for office space, office equipment, breaks, vacations, or benefits.

You are billed on the day that you sign up with Client Services International, and then billed again every 30 days thereafter. For example, if you begin on April 1st, you will next be billed for your plan on May 1st.

No, they do not. Each package of monthly service hours must be used within the month of purchase. We suggest that you estimate how many hours of assistance you will need before choosing a package plan. If you need additional hours, you can always upgrade at any time.
